About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, extending beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Role Overview

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to take initiative and provide a comprehensive range of services throughout a guest's stay. This involves actively engaging with guests, addressing their needs, and ensuring smooth operational processes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to enhancing the overall guest journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Take initiative to address operational needs and guest requests.
• Complete necessary reports and share local area highlights with guests.
• Assist guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from rooms or designated bell areas.
• Ensure all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Physical Requirements

This role involves an active, hands-on approach. Candidates must be comfortable with physical demands, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. The position requires the ability to move through various spaces, including narrow, confined, or elevated areas, and navigate stairs or service ramps. Essential physical tasks include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead, below the knees, and performing actions such as bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping are also necessary.

Qualifications
