About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactively delivering a wide range of services to guide guests throughout their entire stay.

Core Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local area highlights. A key aspect of the role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas. The aim is to ensure all guest interactions and transactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Key Duties and Tasks

  • Processing operational needs and guest requests.
  • Completing reports and providing local area information.
  • Assisting guests with vehicle luggage and transportation to rooms.
  • Ensuring all guest transactions are integrated into the overall experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves being on one's feet for extended periods. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, or walking for extended durations, and navigating various spaces such as narrow, confined, or elevated areas, as well as stairs and service ramps. The role also necessitates the ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also essential functions of the job.
