About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role requires initiative and a proactive approach to delivering a wide range of services throughout a guest's stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience Experts are empowered to manage various operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete necessary reports, and share local area highlights. This role involves assisting guests with luggage, including loading/unloading vehicles and transporting items to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas. The primary objective is to ensure all guest interactions and transactions contribute positively to their overall experience.

Core Duties and Tasks

• Proactively engage with guests to anticipate and meet their needs.
• Facilitate smooth guest arrivals and departures, including luggage assistance.
• Address guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience by providing local information and recommendations.
• Process operational tasks and complete required documentation.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires a significant amount of physical activity. Responsibilities include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and navigating various spaces such as narrow areas, confined spaces, and elevated areas, as well as stairs and service ramps. The Guest Experience Expert must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, are also essential functions of the job.

Qualifications and Requirements
