About the Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join their team. This full-time position focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. The role involves proactively delivering a wide range of services to support guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

The Guest Experience Expert is empowered to manage various operational needs and guest requests. Responsibilities include:

• Processing operational needs and completing reports.
• Addressing and fulfilling guest requests.
• Providing information on local area highlights.
• Assisting guests with vehicle loading/unloading and luggage transportation to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Ensuring all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.
