Manager Development Strategy

About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager - Development Strategy to support the Commercial Office Development team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, and focuses on the planning and execution of Qiddiya's office development portfolio. The role involves providing market insights, commercial analysis, and development recommendations to ensure office products, development plans, and investment decisions align with market demand and business objectives.

Role Context and Contribution

The Manager - Development Strategy will work closely with cross-functional teams, combining market research, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project support. This position is integral to the successful delivery of commercially viable office developments within Qiddiya's portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, competitor reviews, and occupier demand analysis to support development decisions.
• Assist in preparing business cases, commercial assessments, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
• Analyze office market trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
• Support the definition of office products, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
• Assist in identifying target occupiers, strategic partners, and key demand drivers within the office sector.
• Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams to optimize project outcomes.
• Support project phasing, prioritization, and commercial evaluation activities across the office portfolio.
• Coordinate and manage inputs from external consultants and advisors to ensure timely delivery of studies and recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial analyses for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support stakeholder engagement activities and contribute to effective cross-functional collaboration.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess between 5 to 10 years of relevant experience. Specific qualifications related to market research, business analysis, and real estate development strategy are essential for success in this position.
