About the Role

Weichai Middle East is seeking a Market Manager Engineering to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves driving market development and customer engagement for construction machinery and engine-related products across overseas markets, contributing to Weichai's global expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overseas market development, customer acquisition, and maintenance for construction machinery, including OEMs, dealers, and terminal enterprise customers.
• Conduct product market analysis and research, providing feedback on product needs, customer insights, and competitor information within the assigned region.
• Participate in overseas exhibitions, online promotions, and customer visits to facilitate product promotion abroad.
• Provide service support for export products from domestic OEMs, overseas KD assembly plants, or engineering projects by Chinese-funded institutions.
• Synchronize overseas customer needs, product feedback, and market dynamics with R&D, production, and technology departments, collaborating to resolve customer and business issues.
• Oversee maintenance service support for products in overseas markets and conduct customer training within the jurisdiction.
• Report on market quality information from the office.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in overseas markets, foreign trade sales, and customer development within the engineering machinery and engine-related industries.
• Familiarity with overseas sales models for construction machinery/engine products, KD projects, and overseas engineering business models.
• Ability to independently coordinate regional market activities and manage dealer and customer resources effectively.
• Demonstrated cross-departmental collaborative management capabilities.
• Proficiency in basic technical knowledge of engineering machinery engines, enabling product promotion and fundamental technical query resolution.
• Understanding of Middle East market policies, business customs, and local trade regulations.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in overseas market development in the Middle East, particularly with dealer development and maintenance.
• Prior experience in overall management of customer channels.
• Experience in collaborative management of project business teams.
• Previous overseas working experience.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
