The Role of Marketing Leader

The Marketing Leader will be responsible for the local marketing strategy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working in close collaboration with central leadership. This is a full-time, strategic role focused on budget ownership and market positioning, rather than communications or campaign execution. The position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own local marketing budget allocation and campaign mix.
• Lead brand positioning and go-to-market strategy as the business scales across multiple properties.
• Build demand specifically among the Saudi local audience.
• Coordinate with central strategy teams, maintaining an independent local strategic focus.

Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably within a KSA real estate developer, giga-project, or master-planned destination.
• Demonstrated direct and personal ownership of a marketing budget and campaign slate.
• A strategic marketing background encompassing positioning, brand architecture, and go-to-market planning. This role is not focused on communications or campaign execution.
• Proven track record in building or repositioning a brand, beyond mere execution.

Location and Market Fluency

The successful candidate must be based in Riyadh, with strong market fluency and a proactive approach to the local environment. This role is critical for driving the client's expansion within Saudi Arabia.
