The Arab Lens, a well-established organization, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to overseeing operational performance and ensuring the efficient delivery of business objectives within the company.

Role Overview

The Operations Manager will lead day-to-day business operations, focusing on improving operational efficiency, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining high standards of service and execution. This position involves developing processes that enhance productivity, quality, and overall organizational performance, working closely with senior leadership to align operational activities with strategic objectives and support sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operational activities across assigned business functions.
• Develop operational plans that support business objectives.
• Monitor operational performance using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and other departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Lead operational improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare comprehensive operational reports for senior management.
• Coach, develop, and manage operational teams.
• Support business continuity and risk management initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in an operations management role or a similar capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in leading operational performance and driving efficiency improvements.
