About the Head of Operations Role

Invygo is seeking a Head of Operations to oversee operational performance across its key markets. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, is crucial for maintaining the customer promise of delivering the right car, on time, well-maintained, and reliably paid for, as the company scales its car subscription and "Subscribe to Own" platform throughout the MENA region.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Head of Operations will manage the end-to-end operational processes in KSA and UAE. This includes the entire lifecycle of vehicles on the platform, from initial listing and booking acceptance to timely customer handover, ongoing fleet maintenance, and the collection of subscription dues. The role is accountable for core operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that drive speed, reliability, and financial health.

  • Handover & Fulfilment: Ensure On-Time, In-Full (OTIF) vehicle handovers, improve acceptance rates and reduce acceptance duration, manage car upload to live inventory, and eliminate handover delays through clear Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and root-cause analysis.
  • Fleet Service & Maintenance: Oversee Scheduled Maintenance Appointment (SMA) scheduling for full coverage and adherence, drive SMA rating and service quality, and manage vehicle readiness, turnaround times, claims, and redeployment of returned vehicles.
  • Collections & Recovery: Own collection performance for subscription dues, lead force collection and overdue account recovery while preserving customer relationships, and reduce overdue balances through clear processes and cross-functional alignment.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage daily operational dashboards and KPIs, standardize processes and SLAs across markets while acknowledging local differences, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle times.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Supply & Partnerships, Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Experience (CX) teams to align on operational goals and improve efficiency.
  • People & Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams across KSA and UAE, set clear targets, manage performance, and foster a data-driven, execution-focused, and customer-obsessed operating culture.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on operator with a proven ability to drive teams toward consistent execution and translate operational data into measurable improvements. Experience leading distributed or multi-market teams, particularly across KSA and UAE, is a significant advantage.

  • A minimum of 8 years in operations, fleet, logistics, last-mile, mobility, or marketplace operations.
  • At least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in owning critical operational KPIs such as on-time delivery, SLA adherence, utilization, and collections at scale.
  • A strong analytical and dashboard-driven mindset, with comfort in operational data, SQL/BI tools, and metric reconciliation.
  • Experience in car rental, leasing, mobility, fintech collections, or fast-scaling startups is highly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills across various departments.
  • Fluent in both English and Arabic.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading distributed teams across both KSA and UAE, requiring strong remote management capabilities.
