About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Palm Tree Supervisor - Agriculture to manage daily date palm farming operations in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing tree health, irrigation, maintenance, and harvesting activities, requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily date palm farm operations and activities.
Monitor palm tree health, growth, and overall plantation condition.
Manage irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, and harvesting activities.
Oversee pest and disease control programs.
Monitor soil conditions and coordinate irrigation and fertigation requirements.
Supervise farm workers and assign daily tasks.
Ensure proper pruning, cleaning, thinning, and maintenance of palm trees.
Monitor fruit development and quality throughout the season.
Maintain records of farm activities, production, fertilizers, irrigation, and treatments.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of agricultural tools and equipment.
Follow agricultural, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with farm management to achieve production and quality targets.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field.
3-7 years of experience in date palm farming or agricultural operations.
Strong hands-on knowledge of date palm cultivation and plantation management.
Experience in irrigation, fertilization, pruning, pollination, and pest and disease control.
Experience supervising farm workers and daily agricultural activities.
