Procurement Specialist Saudi

About the Role

Esnad Contracting is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing the procurement process for various materials and equipment essential for the company's operations. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Source spare parts, equipment, tools, and maintenance materials from qualified suppliers.
• Request and evaluate quotations based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, warranties, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any procurement-related issues.
• Coordinate effectively with the Maintenance, Engineering, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Identify alternative suppliers and explore opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, procurement reports, and comprehensive purchase order documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in procurement or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of supplier management, quotation evaluation, and purchasing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is essential.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within Esnad Contracting's team. The Procurement Specialist will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
