United Motors Company is seeking a Project Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is for professionals with 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Overview

The Project Architect serves as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing projects comprehensively from initial conceptualization through to post-project evaluation. This role is critical in ensuring all projects adhere to compliance standards, maintain high quality, and are delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact, understanding their specific needs and project objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Assess project viability, identify potential risks, and address issues proactively before execution.
• Ensure all projects strictly adhere to relevant building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site visits, and enforce established quality standards.
• Prepare and review essential project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
• Resolve project issues promptly to maintain schedules and stay within budget constraints.
• Conduct post-project reviews and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
• Develop innovative architectural designs that align with client needs and project specifications.
• Create detailed technical drawings using CAD and other relevant software.
• Study site conditions, material properties, building codes, and environmental factors relevant to design.
• Prepare and present design ideas and proposals to clients and various stakeholders.
• Ensure all designs comply with zoning laws, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design and construction phases.
• Select appropriate materials and finishes to enhance both aesthetics and functionality.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and energy-efficient solutions into projects.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documents and specifications for approval and implementation.
• Provide assistance during construction, resolving design-related issues and ensuring fidelity to original plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• University degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in a relevant architectural or project management role.
