Reservations Supervisor

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily reservations operations and leading the reservations team to ensure guest satisfaction and support hotel revenue goals. The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for delivering memorable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily reservations operations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of individual and group reservations.
• Lead the reservations team by providing day-to-day guidance, training, coaching, and conducting quality checks to maintain high service standards.
• Manage group blocks and inventory, including setup, monitoring cut-off dates and inventory levels, and ensuring alignment with contracts and occupancy targets.
• Support group reservation execution by building and assigning blocks, assisting with rooming lists and billing, and verifying checklist and resume accuracy.
• Prepare key reports such as daily and weekly Group Pickup, No-Show, Booking Channel Summary, and Special Rate Plan Activity reports.
• Monitor data integrity within reservation systems, including group masters, rooming lists, and special rate plans.
• Provide reservations support by processing inquiries and updates, delivering service to guests and team members.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
