AMNCO is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to leading business development efforts and driving revenue growth across key business sectors. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in B2B sales and managing strategic customer relationships.

The Sales Manager will focus on expanding AMNCO's presence and achieving sales targets within the following core service areas:

• Security Guarding Services
• Physical Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, etc.)
• Facilities Management Services

Core Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this role include:

• Developing and executing the company's sales strategy to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities within both government and private sectors.
• Managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.
• Leading, coaching, and developing the sales team to maximize performance and achieve objectives.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Collaborating with technical and operational teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposals.
• Managing participation in public and private tenders, ensuring timely submission of all proposals.
• Preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans for senior management review.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support strategic growth initiatives.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for the Sales Manager position should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in Security Guarding Services, Physical Security Systems, Facilities Management, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
