About the Role

Maharah Human Resources is seeking a Business Development Specialist (B2B) to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is central to driving business growth by actively acquiring new corporate clients, fostering strong client relationships, and effectively promoting the company’s comprehensive human resources solutions and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through thorough market research, professional networking, and leveraging client databases.
Conduct client meetings and field visits to gain a deep understanding of business needs and present tailored solutions.
Prepare and present detailed technical and financial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
Follow up diligently on proposals, contracts, renewals, and payment collections to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and seamless service delivery.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute directly to the company's revenue growth.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Qualifications and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
Demonstrated experience in B2B Sales or Business Development.

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare comprehensive commercial and financial proposals and effectively manage client accounts.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, within the Riyadh Province. The role requires regular client engagement and field visits as part of its core responsibilities.
