Role Overview: Senior Coordinator - Transport and Distribution

The Senior Coordinator - Transport and Distribution supports the Transport & Distribution Department. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, involves gathering, cleansing, sorting, and aggregating data from various sources. The Senior Coordinator will consult on business information and decision-making needs, and will design, plan, coordinate, and manage data to generate output reports and presentations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with shipping companies to ensure timely and safe arrival of shipments.
• Coordinate the flow of materials and products through distribution centers or warehouses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records to identify overstocks or shortages.
• Review orders to confirm correct fulfillment and inclusion of all necessary information.
• Plan routes and schedules for transport vehicles to meet delivery deadlines.
• Coordinate with suppliers or vendors to arrange deliveries of materials or products to clients.
• Develop new methods for storing or transporting goods to reduce costs or increase efficiency.
• Review shipping costs to determine the most cost-effective transportation methods.
• Provide logistical support to other departments during events such as trade shows.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to gather, cleanse, sort, and aggregate data from various sources.
• Proficiency in designing, planning, coordinating, and managing data for report generation.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, supporting the Transport & Distribution Department within Red Sea Coastal Trading Company.
