Senior Lead Vulnerability Management

Qiddiya is seeking a Senior Lead Vulnerability Management to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on leading the organization's vulnerability management program and strategy.

Role Overview

The Senior Lead Vulnerability Management will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the vulnerability management lifecycle within Qiddiya. This includes leading a dedicated team and coordinating efforts across various technical departments to ensure robust security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee vulnerability scanning, assessment, prioritization, and remediation activities.
• Monitor remediation progress and enforce agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate with IT, Cloud, Infrastructure, Application, and Security teams to address identified vulnerabilities.
• Manage critical and zero-day vulnerability response activities.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and executive reports on vulnerability risk and remediation status.
• Support audits, compliance assessments, and cybersecurity governance requirements.
• Lead and mentor the Vulnerability Management team and manage relevant vendors.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of cybersecurity experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Vulnerability Management or Security Operations.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender.
• Strong understanding of vulnerability management, risk management, cloud security, and patch management principles.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or GIAC.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will work within a dedicated team, collaborating with various internal departments and external vendors.
