The Role of Senior Team Manager - Engineering

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - Engineering to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves managing a self-directing, multi-skilled team focused on maximizing the operational availability and efficiency of engineering plant and equipment. The role ensures that internal customer needs are met within defined management performance parameters, while strictly adhering to established safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage breakdowns and maintenance activities during assigned shifts to meet internal customer requirements, ensuring adherence to defined safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate the execution of planned preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment performs as required.
• Review equipment deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure operational activities are conducted within budget constraints.
• Identify training needs for maintenance technicians and ensure the necessary skills inventory is maintained.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience in an engineering management role.
• Excellent written and spoken proficiency in both Arabic and English.
