About the Role

360Solutions is seeking an experienced Shared Services Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the company’s shared services functions, focusing on operational excellence, effective resource management, and alignment with strategic objectives. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic and operational plans for Shared Services.
Lead and coordinate HR, Administrative Services, IT, and Legal functions to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
Develop and continuously improve policies, procedures, and service models.
Manage budgets, vendors, contracts, facilities, assets, and administrative services while optimizing costs and operational efficiency.
Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, internal policies, and governance requirements.
Support initiatives related to employee experience, digital transformation, information security, and organizational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and functions.
Strong knowledge of HR, administrative, legal, and corporate support functions.
Excellent skills in budget, vendor, and contract management.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strategic planning and operational management capabilities.
Good understanding of IT, digital transformation, information security, and data protection.
