The Role

We are seeking a Specialist Organization Development and Workforce to join our team. This full-time position is crucial for managing and optimizing organization development and workforce planning at KSIADC. The role ensures alignment with the company's strategic goals and directly contributes to overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive Human Capital (HC) Operating Model.
• Support the development and updating of KSIA’s organizational structure to satisfy functional needs and facilitate business operations.
• Develop and maintain organization structure enablers, including functional descriptions and job descriptions.
• Identify and categorize positions within KSIA and support the development of the positional structure.
• Support the development and implementation of frameworks, policies, and practices to ensure ongoing compliance with governance and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Finance-related teams to submit annual budgets, track and report on expenses, and address discrepancies.
• Facilitate the development of annual workforce plans, including methodology, tools, and guidelines.
• Prepare and update workforce budgets in coordination with all stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of workforce plans, recommending improvements and adjustments as necessary.
