About the Role

Bechtel Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager MEA to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role reports to the Regional HR Manager and provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Talent Acquisition function across the region. The manager will ensure recruitment objectives and staffing targets are met, leading and developing a Talent Acquisition team to drive effective sourcing, recruiting, and workforce planning strategies aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Hiring Managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to define talent acquisition needs and develop long-term, strategic talent acquisition plans for specified business areas.
Manage full lifecycle recruitment for executive roles, including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer extension.
Provide oversight and guidance on statutory requirements for staffing and recruitment within the region.
Support hiring managers by ensuring job descriptions are ready for posting, interview plans are determined, and candidate feedback is managed efficiently.
Lead a team of recruiters in the execution and delivery of established talent acquisition plans, including defining recruiting strategy, allocating work, securing tools/resources, monitoring progress, providing guidance, developing performance, removing roadblocks, and escalating issues to business leadership.
Conduct regular team meetings and recruiter 1:1s, and consistently engage with HR Business Partners and clients for business continuity and planning.
Create and execute innovative and cost-effective talent sourcing strategies.
Serve as a trusted business advisor and recognized expert in all areas of recruiting and talent acquisition, including sourcing strategies, hiring trends, diversity, candidate attraction, and interview best practices.
Establish deep rapport with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to provide a unified and robust talent approach to the business.
Identify areas for recruiting process improvement and efficiency.
Develop, implement, and monitor metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of initiatives and programs supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals and objectives.

Partnerships and Strategy

The successful candidate will build strong partnerships with Senior HR Business Partners, hiring managers, universities, and professional organizations to understand current and future talent requirements. This role is responsible for leveraging recruitment metrics and market insights to evaluate performance, identify trends, and implement sourcing strategies that attract top talent and support Bechtel's business goals.
