MAGRABi Retail Group is seeking a Tamheer Claims & Billing professional to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on managing insurance claims and billing processes within the healthcare retail sector. The position is integral to the Revenue Cycle Management team, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the submission of claims for assigned insurance partners throughout the monthly cycle.
• Reconcile MAGRABi system data against insurance data to identify and address variances prior to submission.
• Update records as instructed to enhance claim quality and minimize avoidable rejections.
• Analyze submission feedback and rejected claims to understand the underlying drivers of rejections.
• Perform re-submissions with updated status and all necessary supporting documentation.
• Analyze initial rejection reasons and respond to re-adjudicate invalid rejections effectively.
• Support the Revenue Cycle Management team by preparing monthly billing and rejection reports, and conducting collection analysis.
