About the Role

Smart Delivery Solutions is seeking an experienced 3PL & Driver Sourcing Specialist to support delivery operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Context

The specialist will play a key role in ensuring sufficient driver availability and capacity for delivery operations, with a current focus on food deliveries. This involves identifying, coordinating, and maintaining relationships with both freelance drivers and third-party logistics (3PL) companies.

Key Responsibilities

Source and provide freelance delivery drivers based on operational requirements.
Identify and coordinate with reliable 3PL companies to secure drivers and delivery capacity.
Build and maintain a strong network of drivers and 3PL partners.
Negotiate and coordinate rates, availability, and operational requirements with 3PL providers.
Ensure sufficient driver availability to meet daily and upcoming delivery demand.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding driver requirements.
Support driver onboarding processes, ensuring all required documents and information are collected.
Maintain relationships with existing drivers and logistics partners.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or the 3PL industry.
Demonstrated experience in driver sourcing, fleet sourcing, 3PL coordination, or last-mile delivery operations.
An established network within the logistics and delivery sector.
Ability to source and onboard drivers as required.
