The Role of Account Senior Specialist - A Brands

We are seeking an Account Senior Specialist - A Brands to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing and expanding relationships with Tier-A fashion brand sellers. The specialist will be responsible for supporting sellers through the onboarding process and providing ongoing account management, aiming to ensure a seamless experience and build strong, enduring partnerships. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop relationships with Tier-A fashion sellers.
Guide sellers through the onboarding process and support their successful integration into the marketplace.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing seller needs and expectations.
Collaborate closely with the Planning team and other relevant internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve challenges faced by sellers while maintaining strong commercial relationships.
Support seller performance and contribute to their long-term growth on the platform.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in account management or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
Experience in supporting partners through onboarding and ongoing account management.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will work as part of a cross-functional team focused on driving sustainable growth and market expansion.
