About the Role

Ejada is seeking an experienced AI & Data Delivery Expert to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on leading the successful execution of AI and Data initiatives from inception through completion. The role requires managing multiple projects, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives while meeting high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI & Data projects, managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, resource plans, and execution strategies utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, ML Engineers, BI Developers, and Business Analysts.
• Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues, driving timely resolutions.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet established quality standards, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor project financials, resource utilization, forecasting, and overall delivery performance.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, manage change effectively, promote user adoption, and facilitate knowledge transfer activities.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of delivery frameworks, governance, and project management best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• A minimum of +7 years of experience in technology project or program delivery.
• Demonstrated experience in leading AI, Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AI & Data Project Delivery.
• Strong understanding of Project & Program Management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience in Stakeholder & Client Management.
• Proven ability in Cross-Functional Team Leadership.
• Expertise in Risk, Issue & Dependency Management.
• Skilled in Budget & Financial Management.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance & Delivery Governance.
• Experience with Change Management & User Adoption strategies.
• Familiarity with Project Management Tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Smartsheet.
