About the Role: AI Tech Consultant, Enterprise Solutions

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Saudi is seeking an AI Tech Consultant to join its Enterprise Solutions team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading high-impact digital transformation projects focused on enterprise solutions for major clients. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and technology.

Role Context and Company Overview

BCG Platinion bridges the gap between strategy and technology, designing and building AI tech strategies, solutions, and platform architectures. The Enterprise Solutions team focuses on turning ambition into execution by helping leading organizations address complex challenges. As an AI Tech Consultant, you will contribute to closing the gap between strategy and technology by focusing on enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support clients through end-to-end enterprise solutions transformation programs, including CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing.
• Contribute to defining project strategy, business cases, roadmaps, and business processes.
• Design technical reference architectures and assist in selecting solutions and implementation partners.
• Ensure effective implementation governance and quality assurance.
• Introduce best practices from business requirements specification to solution implementation to minimize customizations and reduce maintenance costs.
• Share expertise within the enterprise solutions chapter at BCG Platinion, potentially by attending conferences, researching new technologies including GenAI, and authoring articles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• An above-average degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with strong academic performance.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in driving enterprise solutions transformation programs, covering CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is preferred.

Functional and Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of typical end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire, and their implementation.
• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions (*, SAP IS-OIL), add-ons (*, APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM, Transportation Management, BPC/SEM), and analytical tools (*, SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Digital Boardroom).
