About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Saudi is seeking an AI Tech Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves bridging the gap between strategy and technology, focusing on designing and building AI tech strategies and solutions that drive business value and competitive advantage.

Role Context and Responsibilities

Working at the intersection of strategic planning and technical execution, the AI Tech Consultant will support leading organizations in their digital transformation efforts. This role requires developing and deploying customized AI tech strategies and next-generation platform architectures. Key responsibilities include enabling clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation, and shaping digital transformations by balancing technical solutions with client-specific circumstances.

• Developing groundbreaking projects by enabling clients to effectively use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation.
• Developing and deploying customized training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors, and practices, while engaging in hands-on coaching for day-to-day problem-solving.
• Shaping the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing overarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances.
• Carving the path for tailored, future-oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis of specific situations and current market developments, including machine learning trends.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required, including experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner with agile software development teams. A proven track record of orchestrating transitions and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs is essential, along with the ability to transfer this understanding across all organizational levels.

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting.
• Experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Product Owner with agile (Client) software development teams delivering Agile capability.
• Proven track record of orchestrating transition and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Candidates should have knowledge of key technological areas including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methodologies, AI, and robotics. An enthusiasm for developing and sharing solutions for complex digital challenges is also important. Comfort working within interdisciplinary teams and in global contexts is required. Formal qualifications in agile or relevant industry certifications such as Scrum Alliance (CSM / CSPO / CSD/CSP), ****** (PSM / PSPO / PSD), or SAFe (Scaled Agilest / SPC) are highly desirable.

• Enthusiasm for developing and sharing solutions for complex digital challenges.
• Comfort in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
• Formal qualifications in agile or industry certifications (*, CSM, PSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.

Language and Travel Requirements

Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is a requirement for this role. The position also requires a willingness to travel to client locations within the Middle East and beyond.
