Jazeera Paints is seeking an Application Support Officer to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on providing essential software application support and ensuring optimal system performance.

Role Overview

The Application Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of software applications, identifying areas for improvement, and resolving technical issues. This role involves direct engagement with application support tickets and collaboration with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for software applications.
• Conduct analyses of software application functionality and propose enhancements.
• Identify the root causes of application errors and escalate critical issues to relevant team members.
• Manage application support tickets in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Execute performance tuning to enhance application performance across various functions.
• Collaborate with other technical team members on the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
• Offer consulting services for both new and existing initiatives.
• Perform all assigned activities using safe and environmentally friendly methods.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
