About the Role

Future Connect is seeking an Architect Engineer to join its design team in Riyadh. This full-time position is with a leading architectural design consultancy known for delivering innovative solutions for high-quality residential and mixed-use developments. The role is suitable for a creative architect with 2-5 years of experience, focused on concept design and façade development within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for residential and multi-sector developments.
• Lead and contribute to façade design and architectural development across all design stages.
• Prepare concept, schematic, and design development packages.
• Produce architectural presentations and design documentation.
• Develop and coordinate BIM/Revit models throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design quality and project integration.
• Support project delivery while maintaining high design standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience within an architectural design consultancy.
• Strong experience in concept design, façade design, and design development.
• Proven experience delivering residential and multi-sector development projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.

Saudi nationals are preferred; however, qualified candidates of all nationalities are encouraged to apply. A portfolio submission is mandatory.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic design team at a leading architectural design consultancy.
