About the Role

Nama Arabia is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Manager / Cluster Manager to join its Retail Operations team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on managing multiple retail stores, leading teams, and driving sales and operational excellence within the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the performance of multiple stores within the assigned area/cluster.
• Drive sales, profitability, customer experience, and overall store performance.
• Monitor and analyze key retail KPIs and implement effective action plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
• Ensure consistent execution of company standards, policies, and procedures across all stores.
• Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.
• Ensure optimal manpower planning and workforce productivity.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, shrinkage, and merchandising standards.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to achieve business objectives.
• Support new store openings and ensure operational readiness.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in multi-store retail operations.
• Previous experience as an Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Regional Manager, or equivalent.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory, staffing, and customer experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Saudi Arabia retail experience is highly preferred.

Work Environment

This role is part of a growing Retail Operations team and is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position is full-time and involves managing multiple retail stores within the assigned area/cluster.
