Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an Assistant Manager - Development Financial Analysis to join its finance team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role involves delivering comprehensive financial analyses to inform strategic business decisions and enhance operational efficiencies within the company.

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager - Development Financial Analysis will conduct in-depth evaluations of financial performance and contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes. This position is responsible for developing financial models that support investment strategies, playing a key role in driving the company’s financial objectives and facilitating data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analyses to evaluate project performance and inform investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project future revenue, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management, providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide support in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in preparing for external audits by providing financial documentation and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in large-scale projects or the entertainment or real estate sectors.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
