Attractions Shift Supervisor

About SEVEN and the Role

SEVEN (Saudi Entertainment Ventures) is seeking an Attractions Shift Supervisor for a full-time position in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This role is central to managing staff and overseeing daily operations at one of SEVEN's attractions during assigned shifts. The primary objective is to ensure smooth and efficient operation while upholding the highest standards of guest service.

Staff Leadership and Supervision

The Shift Supervisor leads and manages the operational team during their assigned shift, ensuring all staff members perform their duties effectively and adhere to SEVEN’s established standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members based on operational needs, ensuring optimal coverage and service delivery.
• Providing on-the-spot training, guidance, and support to staff to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge and skills.
• Promoting a culture of guest service excellence among the staff, leading by example and encouraging exceptional guest interactions.

Operational Management and Guest Experience

This role involves comprehensive oversight of all floor operations to ensure a superior guest experience and efficient attraction functionality. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and overseeing all operational activities, including guest services and equipment maintenance.
• Ensuring the attraction remains clean, well-maintained, and fully operational throughout the shift.
• Promptly addressing any operational issues or guest concerns, escalating to the Attractions Manager when necessary.
• Ensuring all guests receive high-quality service, with a focus on creating positive and memorable experiences.
• Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.

Safety, Compliance, and Reporting

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe environment and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and internal policies, alongside accurate documentation. Key duties include:

• Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring all staff and guests adhere to SEVEN’s safety standards and procedures.
• Conducting regular checks of equipment and facilities to identify potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Ensuring all shift activities comply with local regulations and SEVEN’s internal policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of shift activities, including staff attendance, guest interactions, and any incidents.
• Preparing shift reports for the Attractions Manager, highlighting key operational outcomes, challenges, and recommendations.
• Ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner, adhering to Service Level Standards (SLS).

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role should meet the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field are a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a guest-facing environment, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
