About the Role

Integrated Personnel Services Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for an entertainment park in Makkah, specifically covering operations in Taif and Makkah. This full-time role requires an experienced and motivated individual to oversee the daily operations of an entertainment and trampoline park, ensuring smooth functioning and high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations, including managing opening and closing shifts.
• Supervise staff to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards.
• Manage customer bookings and inquiries effectively.
• Handle cash and Point of Sale (POS) reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and café operations.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience is required.
• Experience in entertainment, leisure, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environments is preferred.
• Experience specifically in entertainment or trampoline parks is a plus.
• First Aid certification is preferred.
