About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Audio Visual Technician to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves maintaining the hotel's audio-visual equipment and supporting various events. The technician will ensure the normal operation of hotel equipment and contribute to delivering positive guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain the hotel’s audio-visual equipment, including sound systems, microphones, projectors, screens, lighting, and video equipment.
Set up, operate, and monitor AV equipment for meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and other hotel events.
Respond promptly to AV-related issues and troubleshoot equipment to ensure smooth and uninterrupted events.
Install, configure, test, and dismantle AV equipment according to event requirements and schedules.
Conduct regular inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of AV equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
Monitor audio, video, lighting, and presentation systems during events and make adjustments as required.
Maintain proper records of AV equipment, tools, cables, and accessories, ensuring all equipment is stored safely after use.
Collaborate with guests, event organizers, and hotel departments to understand AV requirements and provide technical support.
Record maintenance activities, equipment issues, repairs, and any technical problems requiring further attention.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Familiarity with the operation principles and fault judgment methods of large data center infrastructure (power supply, air conditioning, fire control, security, monitoring, network, etc.).
Willingness to work day and night shifts in a monitoring post for extended periods.
0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.
