About the Role

Zahran Facilities Management is seeking a Saudi National Audiologist to join our healthcare team. This full-time position is available in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia. The Audiologist will be a dedicated healthcare professional specializing in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of hearing and balance disorders. This role focuses on providing patient-centered care through the use of advanced diagnostic equipment and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance assessments using specialized diagnostic equipment.
Diagnose hearing and vestibular disorders, recommending appropriate treatment plans.
Fit, program, and maintain hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, hearing conservation, and communication strategies.
Monitor patient progress through follow-up evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and prepare clinical reports in accordance with healthcare standards.
Collaborate with physicians, ENT specialists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and professional ethics guidelines.
Participate in health promotion and community awareness programs related to hearing health.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology.
Valid professional license/registration as required by the relevant health authority.
0-1 years of professional experience in Audiology.

Required Skills and Attributes

Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in audiological diagnostic equipment and hearing aid technologies.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position within a collaborative healthcare setting. The role requires working as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care. The successful candidate will be based in one of our facilities located in Riyadh, Jeddah, or Al Qassim.
