About the Opportunity

Silah Tamkeen is seeking a dedicated and experienced Barista Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience who is ready to lead daily coffee shop operations and a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional service and product quality.

Role Overview

The Barista Supervisor is responsible for the efficient and smooth operation of the coffee shop. This involves overseeing the barista team, managing inventory, maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to operational performance and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop to ensure a smooth workflow.
Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the barista team to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize product waste.
Ensure the consistent availability of coffee beans, ingredients, equipment, and operational supplies.
Maintain high standards of beverage quality, food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
Prepare daily operational reports and monitor sales performance and team productivity.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with management to improve operational performance and service quality.
Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience, with previous supervisory experience in a café or coffee shop environment preferred.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
