BIM Coordinator / Specialist

About the Role

Sisco is seeking a BIM Coordinator / Specialist to join a reputable organization in the fit-out and interior construction sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The role focuses on coordinating BIM models for high-end fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models across architectural, interior, structural, and MEP disciplines for high-end fit-out projects.
• Develop, review, and maintain coordinated BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordination reviews using Navisworks and support the resolution of model conflicts.
• Coordinate BIM information between design consultants, project teams, contractors, and relevant disciplines.
• Review BIM models for accuracy, constructability, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
• Support the production and coordination of drawings, schedules, details, and other BIM deliverables.
• Maintain BIM model quality and ensure revisions and design changes are accurately incorporated.
• Support BIM coordination for luxury residential, commercial office, and premium interior fit-out projects.

Required Skills and Experience

• BIM Coordination: Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and resolve design conflicts.
• Revit: Advanced working proficiency for BIM modelling, coordination, and project documentation.
• Navisworks: Strong capability in model review, coordination, and clash detection workflows.
• Fit-Out BIM: Experience supporting BIM delivery within interior design, fit-out, or construction environments.
• High-End Projects: Practical experience with luxury residential, premium commercial office, or high-end fit-out projects.
