About Tarshid and the Role

Tarshid - National Energy Services Company is seeking a BL Project Engineer 1 to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, providing essential support to the Projects Program Manager in various project execution duties within the energy services sector.

Role Purpose

The BL Project Engineer 1 plays a crucial supportive role within the projects team, assisting the Projects Program Manager in the daily execution of energy service projects. This position ensures smooth operational flow and contributes to the successful delivery of project objectives across different phases.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in project execution activities, including field visits and technical project reviews.
Compile necessary inputs for the preparation of comprehensive project planning reports.
Assist in supervising Energy Service Companies (ESCOs) responsible for the design, installation, and commissioning phases of projects.
Support the Project Manager in managing relationships with relevant Government entities.
Aid in the supervision of Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services provided post-retrofit.
Support the Project Manager in verifying that performance guarantees are met.
Liaise with Finance and Legal departments to facilitate the resolution of any arising issues.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating a foundational understanding of project support functions and a readiness to contribute to project execution.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work collaboratively within a project-focused team, contributing to national energy service initiatives.
