The Opportunity: Branch Operations & Facilities Supervisor

2P Perfect Presentation is looking for a Branch Operations & Facilities Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves coordinating new branch setups, managing office relocations, handling maintenance requests for leased premises, and maintaining communication with landlords. The position requires 0-1 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support the setup and launch of new branches across Saudi Arabia, ensuring offices and workspaces are prepared for operation.
Supervise the relocation of office furniture, equipment, and assets between branches and new locations.
Receive, log, and track daily maintenance requests for leased premises.
Coordinate with technicians and contractors to resolve electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues in a timely manner.
Maintain professional communication with landlords regarding property upkeep, lease inquiries, and facility-related matters.
Maintain records of maintenance requests and their resolution status across branches.
Prepare regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications and Requirements

One to two years of relevant experience in operations or facilities management.
Readiness to support on-site activities, including branch setups and relocation operations.
