UR SUPPORT is seeking a Business Development Manager to join its operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market presence within the Kingdom.

Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will specialize in the Media, Advertising, Production, Filming, and TVC industries. The primary focus of this position is to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and secure high-impact projects across various client segments, including brands, agencies, and government entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and government sectors.
• Generate leads and convert them into signed projects.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Present company capabilities and lead client meetings and pitches.
• Prepare and manage RFP responses and project proposals, including government tenders.
• Coordinate internally with creative, production, and finance teams to deliver competitive proposals.
• Develop strategic partnerships with agencies, marketing teams, and event organizers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and high-demand sectors.

Candidate Profile
