About the Business Development Manager Role

This full-time position is for a Business Development Manager based in Riyadh. The role focuses on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Directly develop and manage relationships with partners and System Integrators.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships and client satisfaction.
  • Adapt to strategic planning and prioritize departmental actions, including sales and marketing plans.
  • Prepare and analyze performance tools and reports, utilizing data analysis to monitor and improve project and account performance.
  • Review and analyze contracts and billing for accuracy and completeness, ensuring prompt submission to clients and follow-up on any issues.
  • Track and manage inventory and sales out data.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduation in any Business/Management or Engineering course.
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in sales, with strong client sources or relationships within the public safety industry and with operators.
  • Familiarity with project operations and knowledge of bidding processes and procedures.
  • Experience in the ICT industry or with ICT solutions such as critical communication, command centers, CCTV, and related solutions is preferred.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to be a good team player and a self-motivated, driven working style.
  • Pleasing personality and good moral character.

Work Environment Details

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience.
