About the Role

Build Event is seeking a Business Development Specialist Interior Fit Out to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is specifically focused on generating and securing complete interior fit-out projects. The role requires a proven track record in project sales for various commercial and hospitality spaces.

Role Overview

The specialist will be responsible for driving sales within the interior fit-out sector, targeting projects for shops, malls, offices, showrooms, commercial spaces, restaurants, and hospitality venues. This involves identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from initial contact to project closure. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience directly in interior fit-out or interior contracting sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new interior fit-out project opportunities.
Develop relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
Identify upcoming fit-out projects across various sectors including retail, hospitality, and commercial.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations.
Coordinate with estimation and project teams to prepare comprehensive proposals.
Close projects and achieve established sales targets.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and submit weekly reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of direct sales or business development experience in Interior Fit-Out or Interior Contracting.
Proven experience in winning fit-out projects, specifically project sales rather than product or material sales.
Strong network of clients and decision-makers within Saudi Arabia.
Experience selling fit-out projects for shops, malls, offices, showrooms, commercial spaces, restaurants, or hospitality projects.
