The Role: Business Strategy Manager

Tamayouz Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Strategy Manager to join a high-impact strategic transformation project. This is a project-based opportunity for a 6-month contract, with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The engagement is scheduled to commence at the end of August 2026. This position is suited for professionals with a strong background in strategy consulting, operating model design, financial modeling, and investment strategy, who are adept at collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy development and operating model design initiatives.
• Develop and oversee financial models and investment cases.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Prepare executive presentations and facilitate leadership workshops.
• Manage client relationships and engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and coach a team of consultants to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8–13 years of experience gained within a Tier-1 strategy consulting firm, a Big Four strategy practice, or a corporate strategy function.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, operating model design, and investment case formulation.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in higher education, university investment entities, or endowment funds is considered a strong advantage.

Work Environment and Contract Details

This is a full-time, on-site contract position located outside Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with working days from Sunday to Thursday. The initial contract duration is 6 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. The engagement is set to begin at the end of August 2026. Salary for this role will be discussed during the interview process.
