2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a Call Center Agent English to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring a positive customer experience by understanding client needs, resolving issues, and optimizing the overall customer journey. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and fluent in English, with a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Role Overview

As a Call Center Agent, you will be a primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing their inquiries and ensuring their needs are met effectively. This position involves active participation in enhancing customer satisfaction and collaborating with internal teams to improve products based on customer feedback. The role requires a strong focus on maintaining professional communication and empathy at all customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement customer journey mapping to optimize the end-to-end customer experience, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed in a timely manner to meet and exceed expectations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is used to enhance products.
Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing all inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure a positive experience for customers at all touchpoints, from initial contact through to resolution and follow-up.
Monitor and track performance metrics, such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent improvement.
