The Opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Divisional Product Development Manager (Premier Foods) to lead product development initiatives. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of new product development and enhancing existing product lines within the Premier Foods division.

Role Overview

The Divisional Product Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet established standards for quality, innovation, and commercial viability. This position requires a focus on delivering products that align with Almarai’s commitment to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new product development processes from initial concept through to commercialization.
• Develop innovative formulations and investigate new ingredients and technologies.
• Ensure all products adhere to Almarai’s quality, safety, and excellence standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Planning, Sales, and Marketing to facilitate efficient and effective market introduction of new products.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in product development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end product development cycles.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
