About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure development, specifically for National Guard housing projects. The engineer will ensure all site work phases adhere to engineering drawings, safety protocols, and project timelines.

Role Overview

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for the comprehensive management of civil engineering aspects on site. This includes everything from earthworks to utility installations, requiring in-depth knowledge of civil engineering practices, site development, and military housing standards. The position demands a professional who can ensure compliance with all relevant codes and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and design documents.
Supervise and inspect civil works on-site, including grading, drainage, utility installations (water, sewer, electricity), and road works.
Ensure all construction activities comply with local codes, regulations, and military standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and architectural teams to ensure integrated site execution.
Develop detailed work schedules and allocate resources effectively.
Monitor daily site operations and report progress to the Project Manager.
Enforce safety regulations and participate in safety audits.
Conduct quality checks to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, labor logs, material usage, and inspection reports.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support during reviews or site inspections.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly with site development and infrastructure projects. A strong understanding of military housing standards and civil engineering practices is essential for success in this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, focusing on National Guard housing projects. The role requires active on-site presence and coordination with various engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
