About the Role

Beeah Planners, Architects and Engineers is seeking a highly experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for a professional with a strong background in civil engineering and construction site management. The role involves direct oversight of civil works, ensuring projects adhere to engineering standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all civil works on construction sites.
• Interpret and apply engineering drawings and plans during site operations.
• Prepare comprehensive daily reports and track project completion percentages.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality assurance standards and occupational safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively within a project team and manage workload effectively under pressure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a Civil Engineering Diploma.
• A minimum of 10 years of practical experience in civil works and construction site supervision.
• This position is open exclusively to Saudi nationals only.

Essential Skills and Technical Proficiency

• Proficiency in various computer and engineering software, including:
  • AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • MS Project
  • Primavera P6
  • Civil 3D (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proven capability to manage and perform under work pressure.
