About Satel and the Role

Satel develops premium residential communities in Riyadh, creating comprehensive living environments that attract residents from diverse backgrounds. We are seeking a Community Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Purpose

The Community Manager is responsible for cultivating the social fabric within our residential portfolio. This involves designing and implementing experiences that transform residents into a cohesive community and elevate a lease agreement into a chosen lifestyle. The work directly influences resident satisfaction and retention by fostering a sense of belonging and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute a weekly schedule of community events across all managed properties, catering to various resident segments and age groups.
• Develop and manage dedicated programming for families and children, encompassing educational, creative, physical, and social activities.
• Initiate contact and welcome every new resident within 72 hours of move-in through a structured Welcome Program tailored to each community's character.
• Conduct monthly resident satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback to inform program improvements, and share insights with the Operations and Marketing teams.
• Oversee a resident loyalty program designed to encourage renewals, including establishing partnerships with premium local brands.
• Generate authentic content from within the communities for Satel's marketing channels, positioning our properties as a preferred residential experience in Riyadh.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A genuine passion for people and community building is essential.
• Experience in event planning, community management, hospitality, or residential experience provides a strong foundation for this role.
• Comfortable engaging with families and children across different age groups, as well as young professionals and international residents.
• Demonstrated creativity, energy, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English for daily communication.
• A background in hospitality, community management, or residential experience within a premium environment is considered an advantage.
