About the Role at Elm Company

Elm Company is seeking a Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for supporting the successful integration of acquired companies and ensuring the realization of investment value. The Consultant will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive integration plans, identifying value creation and synergy opportunities, and coordinating cross-functional activities to align with Elm’s strategic and investment objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate integration plans for acquired companies across relevant functional and operational areas, defining activities, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor integration execution and identify issues affecting successful integration, ensuring alignment with defined plans.
• Identify and assess value creation and synergy opportunities across portfolio companies, developing mechanisms to track value capture initiatives and benefits.
• Support pre-close activities by assessing potential integration requirements and priorities, collaborating with investment and target company teams.
• Coordinate integration activities with relevant functions, including Strategy & Planning, Human Capital, Finance, and Technology, facilitating alignment among stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain integration progress tracking and performance reporting, monitoring milestones, synergies, and key integration indicators.
• Identify and assess operational, organizational, and execution risks associated with integration activities, developing and tracking mitigation actions.
• Support portfolio companies in addressing operational and strategic challenges, analyzing performance gaps, and providing recommendations for sustainable value creation.
• Maintain effective communication with investment teams, portfolio companies, and internal stakeholders, preparing analysis and presentations to support discussions.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability in developing and executing complex integration plans.
• Proven experience in identifying, tracking, and realizing value creation and synergy opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills for performance monitoring, risk assessment, and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Operational Standards and Compliance

The Consultant will adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure consistent work execution. This includes strict compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, as well as information security practices and standards to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires extensive coordination with various internal departments and external portfolio company stakeholders, operating within a dynamic environment focused on strategic growth and investment realization.
