About the Role

eSense is seeking an experienced Consulting Director to lead and expand its consulting practice in Riyadh. This full-time senior leadership position involves driving client engagements from strategy to execution and building lasting relationships with senior stakeholders. The role requires a combination of strong business acumen, hands-on delivery experience, and a commitment to developing high-performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategic direction and growth of eSense's consulting practice, ensuring alignment with client needs and market opportunities.
Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements, maintaining quality, timeliness, and measurable client impact.
Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior client stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to proposals, pitches, and account growth initiatives.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of consultants and engagement managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
Monitor project profitability, resourcing, and risk management across a portfolio of engagements.
Represent eSense's perspective through thought leadership, industry events, and client forums.
Ensure all engagements adhere to governance, compliance, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, professional services, or a related field, with a proven record of leading complex client engagements.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role, managing teams and client portfolios within a leading consulting firm in KSA.
Demonstrated experience in business development, including proposal development and client pitching.

Required Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business challenges into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
